We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Customer Service Representative Support This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and will work in Sparta TN.

About the position

As CSRS of the Sparta team, you will be involved in Administrative duties including but not limited to, order entry/changes and Customer data maintenance. This role will also engage directly with customers including general communication, communication on logistics, deliveries and order statuses.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Balance and prioritize responsibilities
  • Take all customer calls and return messages on a daily basis
  • Assist Customers with problems and resolve issues
  • Maintain and update customer cross reference and master files with any pertinent changes

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be a solid experience within Customer Service and Inside Sales as well as the following qualifications and experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Working ability for MS Office products and databases
  • Significant experience in customer service or inside sales

  • Strong Interpersonal skills, able to work respectfully and efficiently with a wide range of people
  • Ability to navigate within a matrix organization with shared and competing resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
