About Us

Geeks on Site provides nationwide computer repair and technology support services for homes and businesses, delivered both remotely and on-site.

Our services include computer repair, IT support, smart home installation, and a broad range of in-home and business technology services—offering fast, reliable solutions across a wide range of devices and systems.

This is a full-time, work from home position and you'll handle high volumes of customer calls, providing product and service information, following instructions, and procedures, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer relationships through active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions.
  • Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system.
  • Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication - B2 english proficiency is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Representative experience preferred but not required.
  • Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
  • Schedule flexibility to work 6 days a week within hours of operation: 7am - 12am EST.
  • Provide a Police Record from your country of residence
  • A copy of the ID

Equipment Requirements

  • A laptop or desktop computer (Windows 10/11, MAC are not compatible with our system)
  • Minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended for optimal performance)
  • Modern processor (Intel i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5)
  • SSD 250 GB Min
  • USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
  • Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed)
  • Able to connect to ethernet.

Connectivity

  • Minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload
  • Wired (Ethernet) connection strongly preferred over Wi-Fi
