
The Client Relations Analyst is an essential member of our frontline service team and is often the first point of contact for current clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, adaptable, composed under pressure, and natural multitaskers. The position requires the ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while engaging in confident, professional conversations over the phone.
Success in this role also requires an entrepreneurial and sales-minded approach. The ideal candidate can identify opportunities to retain clients, provide solutions, and effectively resolve concerns while delivering an exceptional client experience.
