As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with their mobile services while delivering a professional, friendly, and solution-oriented experience. You will help customers with billing inquiries, technical support, activations, and product guidance while representing multiple wireless brands and services.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
• Answer incoming calls and identify customer needs
• Assist customers with billing and payment inquiries
• Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance
• Support service activations and reactivations
• Guide customers through available products, plans, and services
• Transfer customers to the appropriate department when necessary
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
