WhatYou’llDo:
Provide exceptional customer serviceto patients and families during check-in
Provide fast andaccuratepatient registrationin a high-volume environment
Support timelyaccess to careby minimizing delays in registration
Maintain data accuracy and compliancefor billing and legal standards
Verify and enterinsurance information, demographics, and medical data, collectco-paysand provide cost estimates when applicable
Collaboratewith nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow
WhatWe’reLooking For:
Exceptional customer serviceexperience,communicationand interpersonal skills
Strong composureand professionalismina fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize quicklywithhigh attention to detail
Comfortablewith shifting priorities based on patient needs
Experience withpatient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front deskis a plus

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.50 - $18.99 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
