Customer Service Representative (On-Site)The Advisor II, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.
The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As Customer Service Representative, you will:
· Provide inbound customer support.
· Help customers resolve technical issues.
· Assist in correcting billing concerns.
· Ensure the appropriateness of social media content.
· Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:
· High School Diploma
· 1 year customer service of experience preferred
· Live within 40-Mile radius of our Valdosta site
· Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
· Strong PC knowlege andcomputer navigation skills
· The ability to work various shifts as needed

· The base salary range for this position is $17.00- $19.00/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
