What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting families with warmth, confidence, and a smile that says you’re in good hands
• Giving tours to new families and helping them feel comfortable
• Booking classes, processing payments, and managing registrations
• Answering phone calls and emails with clarity and care
• Solving issues quickly and calmly
• Managing family accounts in our systems
• Helping families choose the right program for their swimmer
• Keeping the facility clean, organized, and ready for action
• Supporting the team with a Whatever It Takes mindset

Schedule

• Minimum availability of 2 shifts per week
• We are open 7 days a week
• Flexible scheduling opportunities available

Preferred Experience

• 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Certifications

• Standard First Aid (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Vulnerable Sector Check (if applicable)
