Job Description

Ejecuta las tareas cotidianas de atención al cliente siguiendo diversos procedimientos para gestionar consultas y resolver incidencias. Entre sus responsabilidades clave se incluyen gestionar las expectativas de los clientes, coordinar soluciones entre departamentos y mantener registros precisos de las interacciones para facilitar el seguimiento. Atiende las consultas de los clientes sobre modificaciones de pedidos, devoluciones o problemas de envío, adaptando las soluciones según las circunstancias y las opciones disponibles. Mantiene una comunicación constante con equipos internos (como logística o ventas) para recopilar información y resolver con prontitud las inquietudes de los clientes. Explica a los clientes aspectos relacionados con las características de los productos, el estado de los pedidos o las políticas de devolución, asegurándose de que comprendan claramente la solución ofrecida. Los problemas e inquietudes suelen surgir de situaciones dinámicas y cambiantes, lo que exige aplicar la experiencia previa y el criterio profesional para encontrar soluciones adecuadas

MAJOR JOB DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES (KPIs)

• Brindar atención al cliente de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía.
• Proporcionar información de productos y precios a las ventas e investigar y responder consultas de acuerdo con los Estándares de Servicio al Cliente.
• Procesar los pedidos de los clientes garantizando la precisión de acuerdo con los requisitos de la empresa.
• Implementación de nuevos protocolos y procedimientos cuando sea necesario.
• Coordinación y control del sistema telefónico incluyendo estadísticas.
• Asegurarse de que el contacto del cliente con VWR sea profesional, proactivo y positivo.
• Coordinar con ventas externas y facilitar las comunicaciones entre el equipo de ventas.
• Adherirse a cualquier política de requisitos de calidad de los clientes.
• Asegurarse de que cualquier trabajo pendiente sea monitoreado y resuelto lo más rápido posible.
• Informar al área de ventas de cualquier nueva oportunidad de cliente que encuentre.
• Realiza entre otras tareas asignadas.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/training, experience, and certifications)

• Certificado de Preparatoria o equivalente.
• Capacitación de servicio al cliente.
• 2 años de servicio al cliente / relaciones y seguimiento de registros.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under typical positions)

Por lo general, el trabajo se realiza en oficinas, laboratorios y áreas de procesos (almacenes y zonas al aire libre) que cuentan con iluminación y ventilación adecuadas, así como con niveles normales de temperatura y ruido.

Las tareas son variadas. Para resolver problemas laborales se recurre a precedentes o ejemplos anteriores, aunque también pueden desarrollarse nuevas alternativas de solución. El volumen de trabajo y los plazos de entrega generan presión de manera habitual.

Se requiere un esfuerzo físico mínimo. La labor es mayoritariamente sedentaria, pero implica caminar, permanecer de pie, agacharse, estirarse, así como levantar o transportar objetos que, por lo general, pesan menos de 20 libras (aprox. 9 kg).
