What You Will Do *

Communicate effectively and professionally with customers through email, phone, and other business channels.

Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and other requirements in accordance with contractual terms and company procedures.

Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, order changes, and cancellations.

Manage customer complaints and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Create and process credit and debit note requests related to billing adjustments, order corrections, and complaint resolution.

Handle AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests by coordinating with internal teams to provide timely support for urgent aircraft requirements.

Coordinate customer requirements with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and other supporting functions.

Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams to support timely and accurate order dispatch.

Generate and maintain Open Order Book reports based on customer requirements and internal data.

Facilitate and support Open Order Book discussions with customers, providing accurate order status, delivery updates, and action plans.

Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on potential delivery risks or issues.

Maintain accurate customer and order records in relevant systems.

Participate in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Meet or exceed customer service KPIs, quality standards, and business objectives.

Comply with company policies, EH&S standards, and applicable procedures, and actively report hazards and unsafe conditions.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related role.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle urgent customer requirements.

Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-through and accountability.

Qualifications We Prefer

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and basic Excel Macros/VBA.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling,prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

Typically requires specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices.

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
