We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our manufacturing team!

What you'll be doing:

• Customer order entry and data entry
• Customer communication by email and phone
• Providing order status and lead-time updates
• Coordinating with production, scheduling, and shipping
• Reviewing orders for accuracy
• Following up on open items and customer requests
• Maintaining organized records and documentation
• Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Quick learner who is willing to learn our products and processes
• Customer service experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
