We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and working with a team. You don’t need to know the glass industry, we’ll teach you our products, processes, and systems. Requirements

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help keep customer orders and projects moving from start to finish. You’ll work closely with customers, sales, and our operations team to make sure orders are accurate, communicated clearly, and handled on time.

• Process customer orders, quotes, and change notices for glass shower and bath enclosures
• Answer customer phone calls and emails and connect them with the right Hartung team member when needed
• Work with customers to understand their needs and provide helpful, professional service
• Partner with Sales and Operations to track orders and special product requests
• Enter and maintain accurate order information
• Follow up on customer needs and help resolve questions or issues
• Handle general office and administrative duties

• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Comfortable talking with customers by phone and email
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Good basic math and computer skills
• Able to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Previous customer service, office, administrative, construction, manufacturing, banking, or order-entry experience is a plus—but not required

No glass industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training you need to learn our products, processes, and systems.
