Job Description


Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support for US Bank branded cards and banking-related inquiries
• Handle inbound voice calls covering account concerns, billing, transactions, and general banking queries
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and clarifying concerns
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and timely resolutions using provided tools and systems
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy at all times
• Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
• Accurately document all customer interactions and case details
• Navigate multiple systems to track, manage, and resolve customer issues
• Ensure adherence to financial security and compliance standards
• Maintain service quality while meeting defined KPIs and performance metrics
• Support customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements when needed


Requirements


Qualifications:

• High school graduate (Senior High School or higher preferred)
• Minimum 3 months BPO voice experience required
• With up to 3+ years of BPO experience depending on tier level
• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable handling voice-based customer service in a banking environment
• Computer literate with good system navigation skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow compliance procedures
• Able to work in shifting schedules including graveyard shift
• Can adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused mindset
• Job requirements may vary depending on account needs and will not contravene any local laws
