• Provide customer support for US Bank branded cards and banking-related inquiries
• Handle inbound voice calls covering account concerns, billing, transactions, and general banking queries
• Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and clarifying concerns
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and timely resolutions using provided tools and systems
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and with empathy at all times
• Maintain strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
• Accurately document all customer interactions and case details
• Navigate multiple systems to track, manage, and resolve customer issues
• Ensure adherence to financial security and compliance standards
• Maintain service quality while meeting defined KPIs and performance metrics
• Support customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements when needed
