Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for multiple account openings across financial, banking, telco, retail, e-commerce, ticketing, apparel, healthcare, and blended customer support campaigns.


This role is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, confident in communication, and willing to work onsite in a fast-paced BPO environment. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience across voice, non-voice, or blended channels depending on the assigned account.

Openings may include the following accounts:


  • Collection/Financial Account


  • Local Banking Voice Account


  • Telco Voice Account


  • Financial Voice Account


  • E-Commerce Account


  • Retail/Office Supplies Voice Account


  • Shoe Apparel Blended Account


  • Ticketing Blended Account


  • Healthcare Voice Account


  • CSR Voice Ticketing Account


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or blended channels depending on the assigned account.


  • Assist customers with account concerns, billing questions, payments, orders, deliveries, product inquiries, service requests, troubleshooting, ticketing, or healthcare-related concerns.


  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional support based on account guidelines and company policies.


  • Verify customer information and follow security, compliance, and data privacy procedures.


  • Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.


  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining quality service and customer satisfaction.


  • Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team when needed.


  • Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience metrics.


  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience when handling different types of customer concerns.


Requirements


Qualifications


  • High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate, depending on account requirement.


  • With or without BPO experience, depending on the assigned account and segment requirement.


  • Good to excellent English communication skills.


  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and listening skills.


  • Comfortable using computer systems and navigating multiple tools.


  • Willing to work onsite in Makati.


  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
