You will ensure every interaction is handled professionally while maintaining quality service, compliance with company policies, and customer satisfaction.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, order updates, service requests, account maintenance, and other customer-related concerns. You will accurately document customer interactions, navigate multiple systems, and provide timely resolutions while meeting individual and team performance goals.
