$21–$26/hour + Full Benefits

Belmont Shore Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Lead with a strong background in the veterinary industry to oversee front desk operations and elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional veterinary client service
  • Manage front desk workflow: check-in/out, phones, scheduling, client communication
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Train, mentor, and support CSR team members
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accuracy in a paperless, electronic medical record (EMR) system

Required Qualifications (Indeed/LinkedIn Optimized Keywords)

  • Veterinary experience required (clinic, hospital, or similar setting)
  • Previous CSR Lead, Lead Receptionist, or Front Desk Supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong skills in client communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark, eVet, Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with paperless workflows and scheduling systems
