
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in La Ceiba. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound communications in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and tools.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Follow established workflows, quality standards, and company guidelines.
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused attitude at all times.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to solve problems efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
Strong attention to detail, active listening skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
