
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Khmer (Native Thai speakers) to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service through calls, emails, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Proficiency in Khmer language (spoken and written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in TP Bangkok
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
