Join Medtronic at an exciting stage of digital transformation as we continue to enhance automated order to cash operations. As a Customer Service Representative IV, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, supporting high data quality, and delivering excellent customer experience. This role is focused on operational excellence and day to day customer service activities, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration. You will contribute to improving order processing efficiency while supporting the ongoing digitalization of our processes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitoring of blocked orders and ensuring block lifting in a timely manner to enable prompt product shipment and invoicing
  • Representing the company to both external and internal customers, handling product-related inquiries, tracing shipments, interpreting and clarifying customer orders, and coordinating with shipping and support teams as needed.
  • Processing customer orders and registrations, manages web-based ordering systems, and escalates or connects customers to appropriate support or field staff.
  • Handling customer credits, returns, and pricing-related matters, including price differentials, special quotations, bids, allowances, deductions, and adjustments.
  • Identifying and reporting quality assurance issues and supports resolution of customer complaints.
  • Managing inventory at customer sites using EDI, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and service performance.
  • Approving stock allocation in cases of limited availability and ensures effective order fulfillment.
  • Performing complex administrative and operational support tasks, potentially leading day-to-day activities and guiding junior team members.
  • Contributing to process improvements by recommending system and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, sharing and obtaining information critical to business operations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong communication skills (EN min. B2, SE min. B1) with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders on matters of importance and sensitivity.
  • Experience in using SAP & M.S. Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Team-player who at the same time work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision
  • Advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline, typically gained through extensive work experience and/or relevant education.
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations, order management processes, and inventory systems (including EDI and forecasting tools)
  • Ability to handle complex administrative and operational tasks with a high degree of autonomy and initiative, often without established procedures.
  • Experience in solving operational problems and improving processes through system or workflow enhancements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on complex assignments, support daily operations, and guide or delegate tasks to other team members as needed.
  • Capability to manage sensitive or moderately complex data and support decision-making processes within the function.
  • Being willing to recommend enhancements in processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik: Poland: 97,600.00 PLN - 146,400.00 PLN | This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
