1. Customer Interaction:

• Greeting and welcoming customers.
• Understanding customer needs and providing advice on suitable banking products and services.
• Responding to customer inquiries related to accounts and digital banking services.

• Opening new bank accounts and updating customer information.

• Handling customer complaints and resolving them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Adhering to all local and international banking regulations and policies.
• Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering procedures and protecting customers' financial data.

1. التعامل مع العملاء:

• استقبال العملاء والترحيب بهم
• فهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم المشورة حول المنتجات والخدمات المصرفية المناسبة.
• الإجابة على استفسارات العملاء المتعلقة بالحسابات، والخدمات الإلكترونية.

• فتح الحسابات المصرفية الجديدة وتحديث بيانات العملاء.

• التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء والعمل على حلها بفعالية لضمان رضاهم.

• الالتزام بجميع اللوائح والسياسات المصرفية المحلية والدولية.
• ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات مكافحة غسل الأموال وحماية البيانات المالية للعملاء.

Requirements

✅ Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor is degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

✅ Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of previous experience in the banking sector or a similar role.
