Job Description

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Customer Service Intern provides support for the organization’s customers by providing the highest level of customer service possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, production) to resolve issues
  • Provide timely follow-up and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in relevant systems
  • Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as needed
  • Provide information to the customers regarding: order status, product availability, product pricing, bill of materials
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an associate degree
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship experience
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
