Position: Customer Service Representative

- Assist customers with product orders, payments, and returns

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer inquiries

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies

- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate teams

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients

- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

- Knowledge of the software industry and customer service best practices is a plus
