Job Location: AKG FL - Hollywood, FL 33020The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to customers through incoming calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner

- Accurately document customer interactions, manage account updates, and maintain proper filing
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently
- Go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer expectations, ensuring top-tier service

QualificationsRequired Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience (preferably in a call center or phone-based environment)
- Proficient in computer software systems including MS Office

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound calls
- Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problems

Expected Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
