Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Drive seamless end-to-end OTC operations

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution

  • Ensure accurate order processing and delivery commitments

  • Act as a strong bridge between customers and internal teams

  • Improve efficiency through proactive communication and coordination

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Experience in Customer Service / Order Management / OTC processes

  • Hands-on exposure to SAP (SD/MM preferred)

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume operations

  • Customer-centric approach with strong ownership mindset

How Would You Stand Out

  • Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, data insights, automation)

  • Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization

  • Exposure to global customers or shared services environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Proven ability to handle complex customer scenarios
