Drive seamless end-to-end OTC operations
Enhance customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution
Ensure accurate order processing and delivery commitments
Act as a strong bridge between customers and internal teams
Improve efficiency through proactive communication and coordination
Experience in Customer Service / Order Management / OTC processes
Hands-on exposure to SAP (SD/MM preferred)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume operations
Customer-centric approach with strong ownership mindset
Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, data insights, automation)
Experience in process improvement or workflow optimization
Exposure to global customers or shared services environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven ability to handle complex customer scenarios
