Role
A Customer Service Representative II works in all aspects of customer service, including product selection, order processing, and inventory management. This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries,operatinga forklift,maintaininga safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

Handleelectronic order entry and processingutilizingJD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
Respond to customer sales inquiries ina timely,accurate, andappropriate manner
Submit and code bills and invoices totheAP department for payment
Work closely with the Sales and Operations teamstomaintainadequate inventory levels to meet customer needs
Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
Supportthe Sales Team withaccuratecustomer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
Preparereports under manager’s supervision
Aidteam members in administrative tasks
WhatYouBring totheRole:
2+ years of experience
Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely
High School Diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.34 to $27.13 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.

This role requires weekend and holiday rotation during the peak season.
