Job Description

Taste – Customer Service: This role supports the end‑to‑end Order to Cash (O2C) process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent service to B2B customers through close cross‑functional collaboration.

This position is based in Bogotá, Colombia, operating under a hybrid model (3 days on site / 2 days home office) You will work in a collaborative, service‑oriented environment, supporting domestic, export, and consignment orders for the Taste business.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Manage customer orders including domestic, export, and consignment orders in compliance with IFF policies and SOX requirements, covering order entry, confirmation, invoicing, and follow‑up until successful delivery.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and provide problem‑solving support throughout the order fulfillment process.
  • Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer complaints and service cases linked to sales orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Planning, Export, Billing teams, and customers.
  • Implement and/or optimize work processes, techniques, and systems, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement within the Order to Cash process.
  • Support internal and external audits as required.
  • Actively participate in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities, reporting unsafe acts, conditions, and health‑related concerns.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree (no specific field required).
  • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent business English communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
  • Cross‑cultural awareness and ability to work in a regional context.
