WORK LOCATION

Hybrid; primary location 714 N Senate Ave, Suite 110

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming calls from patients seeking to schedule appointments and direct calls to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to schedule patients and provide appointment follow-up.
  • Process orders for CPAP and BiPAP devices for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as required.
  • Review sleep study documentation to ensure patients meet established criteria for services and equipment.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
  • Accurately gather, document, and update patient information and interactions within scheduling and database systems.
  • Process service requests, order updates, exchanges, and related patient support activities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns and service issues.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, referral sources, and other healthcare partners.
  • Determine appropriate solutions for routine patient and customer concerns while adhering to organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with all applicable privacy requirements.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all patient and customer interactions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma/GED is required.
  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
