We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Housebuilding team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service. In this role, you’ll handle over 60 incoming calls per day or an equivalent volume of emails, ensuring smooth daily operations through effective organisation and prioritisation of your workload. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively as part of a team while also taking ownership of your individual tasks.
