We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a thorough understanding of healthcare products and medical supplies. As a key member of our team, you will assist customers with their inquiries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a positive shopping experience both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their questions and needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, including usage, benefits, and care instructions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, striving to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of current products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory management and ensure products are well stocked.
  • Assist with the training of new staff on customer service protocols and product knowledge.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations in the store environment.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide support and information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, medical assisting, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare products, medical supplies, and their applications is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, computer software, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
