Customer Service Representative - French Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email/chat from agents by solving agents simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the indirect sales business
• Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained
• You will also ensure a good relationship with customers
• Additionally, you will be changing and maintaining customer's data on the system

What makes you great

• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily
• You speak French at a native level and English fluently
• Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action
• You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge
• You are able to work in a result oriented team
• Minimum required secondary school

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
