David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Braga, Portugal
Work model: On Site
Employment type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support for technical enquiries related to electric vehicle charging services
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Listen actively to customer needs, provide guidance and educate users on available products and services
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through professional, solution-oriented communication
Build trusted customer relationships by acting as a reliable support partner throughout the customer journey
Ensure a seamless user experience while maintaining company quality standards and service levels
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems
Contribute to continuous service improvement and support the company's mission in sustainable mobility and energy transition.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native French, both written and spoken (C2)
Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2)
Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment is preferred
Experience providing product or technical support is an advantage
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to investigate and understand complex customer issues
Familiarity with electric vehicle charging solutions or sustainable energy products is an advantage
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
