Smart Environmental is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fixed Term Customer Service Representative to join our Auckland Municipal team based in Whenuapai. This is a fixed-term opportunity providing maternity leave cover through to May 2027

As part of our operational support team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily running of municipal services by supporting dispatch operations, monitoring service delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

• Fixed-term position covering maternity leave until May 2027
• Based in Whenuapai, Auckland
• Approximately 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Supporting operational teams, drivers, and customers on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily runs and service delivery performance
• Communicate operational updates to drivers
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete runs
• Assist with scheduling and preparation for upcoming runs
• Maintain accurate customer information within company systems
• Coordinate with drivers and operational teams to resolve customer enquiries
• Monitor daily operations and respond to customer and driver issues
• Complete operational administration tasks as required
