Nielsen Dodge is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / File Clerk to join our growing dealership team. This position plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting daily dealership operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct follow-up phone calls with customers after sales and service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Maintain and organize dealership files, including invoices, repair orders, and other important records.
Accurately file, retrieve, and manage paperwork in both physical and digital formats.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks as needed.
Help maintain an organized office environment.
Complete additional clerical and administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and dependable work ethic.
Previous office, clerical, customer service, or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
