Customer Experience Representative – FFUN Collision Centre

Permanent Full-Time | Saskatoon

FFUN Collision Centre is growing and we’re getting ready to take things to the next level with a brand-new, state-of-the-art Collision Centre coming to Saskatoon This is your opportunity to join the team during an exciting period of growth and be part of building the customer experience that will carry into our new shop.

We’re looking for a customer service superstar who knows how to make people feel taken care of, can stay organized when the pace picks up, and has the confidence to keep customers informed from the moment their vehicle arrives until the keys are back in their hands.

Experience in collision, automotive, insurance, call centres, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused industries will translate well into this role. If you’ve built your career around taking care of customers, solving problems, and keeping things moving, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be at the centre of the action, working with customers, insurance providers, technicians, and our leadership team to keep communication clear, repairs moving, and customers confident in the process.

Your customer service experience matters.

• If you know how to take care of people, solve problems, communicate confidently, and keep things organized, those skills can translate extremely well into collision.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly, confident point of contact customers can rely on throughout the repair process
• Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates on their vehicle
• Process insurance claims and coordinate repair bookings based on repair size and requirements
• Complete vehicle walk-arounds with customers and help explain damage and the repair process
• Create and close work orders and prepare accurate invoices
• Schedule and confirm appointments while helping keep the shop organized and moving efficiently
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
• Maintain accurate customer information, documentation, and files
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally and with care
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with projects and initiatives
• Encourage customers to share feedback about their FFUN Collision experience
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who knows what great customer service looks like and has experience delivering it in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• A strong background in customer service with confidence handling questions, concerns, and challenging conversations
• Proven ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and keep customers informed
• Highly organized with the ability to manage appointments, follow-ups, documentation, and multiple priorities
• Comfortable using computer systems, entering information accurately, and learning new programs
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to take ownership
• A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility
