Our hospital offers a diverse caseload, including wellness care, urgent care, surgery, and dentistry. We utilize advanced technology, including digital radiology, dental radiology, ultrasound, CO2 laser, red-light laser therapy, cautery, and a fully equipped in-house IDEXX laboratory. What Our Customer Service Representatives Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Manage multiple phone lines while delivering outstanding customer service
  • Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor appointment calendar
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices, collect payments, and review estimates with clients
  • Communicate hospital policies, services, and pricing clearly and professionally
  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to maintain efficient patient flow
  • Manage medical record requests, reminders, and administrative tasks
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism while escalating concerns appropriately
  • Educate clients on preventive care recommendations and next steps
  • Support teammates with daily tasks to help the hospital run smoothly

What You'll Bring

  • Previous veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Experience coordinating appointments and managing schedules
  • Confidence handling difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience with veterinary practice management software; ezyVet experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with veterinary terminology and common appointment types preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Genuine passion for helping clients and their pets
