Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the supply chain process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely updates on order status.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments, including production, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the planning team to optimize stock availability and minimize shortages.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding any potential delays, product availability, or changes to delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, order details, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the customer service process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to the chemical industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in international Business, International Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or supply chain roles within the chemical industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including order management, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
  • Proficiency in using SAP
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in processes automation/ continuous improvement ( Desirable)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the chemical industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English ( mandatory) and Advanced Spanish (desirable)
