Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making things happen across borders? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers across East and West Africa.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to work at the heart of order management, logistics, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

As a CSR, you’ll own the full journey from quote to delivery, ensuring customers receive a seamless, high-quality service experience.

  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing
  • Take full ownership of orders from entry through to delivery and follow-up
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, supply chain, and distribution teams
  • Proactively manage order books, including expediting and backorders
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers across multiple countries
  • Support sales teams and contribute to revenue growth
  • Resolve customer queries, returns, and quality concerns
  • Maintain accurate records in SAP and internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience
  • Supporting the team by addressing customer emergencies outside of normal business hours as needed

Requirements

We’re after someone who combines strong service skills with attention to detail and ownership.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, internal sales, or order management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Solid problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Experience with SAP or order-to-cash processes
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Ghanian citizen

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience supporting multiple African markets
  • Exposure to cross-border logistics or export processes
