
As a Customer Service Representative – Collections, you will accurately document customer interactions, maintain account records, process requests, and work toward achieving individual and team performance goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive customer conversations professionally.
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
At least
6 months of BPO experience with collections experience
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
