Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Customer Service Representative at Workbridge, where your passion for people helps create life-changing employment opportunities in a flexible, hybrid working environment. Camdidates can be based anywhere in NZ.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a national team responsible for the critical first step in a jobseeker's journey: enrolment. You will conduct remote Vocational Assessments and manage our inbound 0508 line, ensuring every person who reaches out feels valued and understood.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enrolment & Assessment: Conduct comprehensive enrolment interviews and Vocational Assessments via phone or Microsoft Teams. Initial Engagement: Manage the 0508 inbound line, providing a welcoming first impression and clear information to prospective jobseekers.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, succinct case notes in the CRM to ensure a seamless transition for jobseekers moving to the local service delivery team.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Experience: A background in a contact centre or high-volume customer service environment. Communication: An excellent phone manner and the ability to build rapport and tailor your communication to suit individual needs. Detail-Orientation: Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and case note management. Values: A genuine commitment to the New
Zealand Disability Strategy and the Treaty of Waitangi. Qualification A business or relevant qualification is preferred.
