Customer Service Representatives / Call Centre Agents
for one of our top client (Call Center), a leading Australian vehicle freight company providing interstate logistics services across Australia in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, assisting with queries, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong communication skills looking to grow in an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• 
  Respond to customer inquiries related to freight services and bookings
• 
  Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• 
  Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
• 
  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• 
  Coordinate with internal teams when required
• 
  Follow company communication and service protocols

Requirements

• 
  Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required)
• 
  Prior experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
• 
  Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• 
  Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• 
  Ability to work night shifts (3:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
• 
  Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset
