Customer Service Representative – Bilingual: Spanish/English

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Location: Odessa, FL 33556 – This position is onsite

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Full time (40) hours
Monday-Thursday 10am-7pm and Friday 9am-6pm OR
Four (10) hour days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8am-7pm


  1. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding customer credit accounts, averaging approximately 75 calls per day.
  2. Verify customer application information, assist with account inquiries, and provide professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records, process account updates, prepare documentation, and follow all company communication and compliance procedures.
  4. Build strong relationships with customers and merchants by resolving issues efficiently and escalating concerns to management when appropriate.
  5. Support overall team operations by preparing correspondence and assisting in additional areas as needed to maintain workflow and team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Must be bilingual: Spanish/English
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
