About The Role:

Join our Sydney - (Smithfield) office in a full-time permanent role and deliver outstanding customer service every day. In other companies this role may be referred to as a Parts Interpreter position, internally at APG it is referred to as the Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will:

  • Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes.

  • Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience.

  • Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory.

  • Address customer escalations and maintain order records.

  • Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Energetic Team player.

  • Passionate about customers and service.

  • Experienced in customer service, with strong relationship-building skills is highly desirable.

  • A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.

  • Prior experience with Parts check and(or) Repair Connection systems is highly desirable.
