At ARH Homebush, our Client Services Team is at the heart of everything we do.

Since opening in 1999 as New South Wales' first multi-specialist and 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital, we've supported thousands of pets, their families, and referring veterinarians through some of their most challenging moments.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the first people our clients meet and a critical part of their journey with us. Your compassion, professionalism, and communication skills will help create a positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

About the Role

Working as part of a busy specialist and emergency hospital, you will:

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and admissions
• Support emergency presentations and patient arrivals
• Assist with estimates, billing, and payment processing
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, nurses, and support teams
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Help deliver an exceptional experience throughout every stage of the client journey About You

You are an experienced customer service professional who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and administration abilities
• A calm, professional, and compassionate approach
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or specialist services is highly regarded but not essential.
