Morgan Advanced Materials makes specialist products used across a wide range of industries, helping customers solve practical engineering and manufacturing challenges. Behind every order, quote, and customer question is a team that keeps things running smoothly. This role sits at the heart of that process. You'll be the person customers rely on for accurate information, timely support, and a service experience that makes their jobs easier, not harder.
You'll work closely with customers by phone and email, helping with quotes, orders, account questions, and technical support queries. It's a role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organized, and making sure details don't slip through the cracks.Accuracy matters here. Whether you're entering orders, providing pricing information, or resolving an issue, you'll help ensure customers get exactly what they need the first time around.
If you enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly (while keeping order entry errors at a perfect zero), we'd love to hear from you.
