AlphaGraphics Uptown Houston | Houston, TX

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | In-Person

AlphaGraphics Uptown Houston is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing multiple projects, and keeping things organized in a fast-paced print environment. You'll serve as a primary point of contact for customers, assist with incoming sales opportunities, prepare estimates, and coordinate projects with our design and production teams from start to finish.

We're looking for someone with print industry experience who is comfortable communicating with customers, understands the importance of deadlines, and takes pride in seeing projects through successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, website, and walk-ins.
• Help customers determine the best print, signage, and marketing solutions for their needs.
• Prepare estimates, quotes, work orders, and invoices.
• Follow up on estimates and customer inquiries to help secure orders.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for additional business.
• Communicate pricing, timelines, project details, and updates clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery.
• Coordinate job details between customers, graphic design, production, and installation teams.
• Track project progress and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate site surveys, production schedules, and installation appointments when needed.
• Proactively address questions or issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, project coordination, or inside sales within the printing, graphics, or visual communications industry required.
• Working knowledge of commercial printing, print products, and production processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable preparing estimates, discussing pricing, and identifying sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
• Familiarity with PrintSmith and/or Print Speak is a plus.

Schedule & Location

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• In-person position
• AlphaGraphics Uptown Houston – Houston, TX
