Job Description:

Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Pay: $23/hour

• Remote deposit of daily checks collected from route drivers as well as sale rep check collection
• Posting of customer checks within our application system
• Filing of deposited and following the companies established document storage policies
• Support customer service functions including but not limited to:
• Answering the customer service phone line to support the commercial team as well as direct customers
• Monitor and respond to the general email inbox
• General order entry and modification
• Processing approved discounts
• Customer credit memo support following a verification process
• Support the commercial team through interdepartmental liaison with teams such as delivery and warehouse
• Oversee the will call and sample checkout process ensuring proof of deliveries are received for all pickups.
• Provide general office support such as supply orders, meeting and event setup and preparation support.
• Other administrative and support functions as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• 2 year Business related degree (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional telephone etiquette
• Resolution driven and customer service oriented
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
• Solid computer skills including: MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Perform wide variety of administrative duties as assigned
