Pay: $19.50/hr ($20.50/hr for bilingual candidates)
Training: 3 weeks paid
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm (8 hour set shift)
Position Overview: We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing contact center team supporting homeowners with mortgage-related questions and account servicing needs. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping customers, handling high call volumes, and working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Representatives will assist customers with mortgage payments, escrow inquiries, website support, payoff requests, and other
account-related questions. The role includes a combination of inbound and outbound calling, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Preferred Experience: Banking, financial services, mortgage, or lending experience.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
