Position Overview

As a Full-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in helping customers manage their accounts, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is an in-office position focused on customer communication, account servicing, payment processing, and administrative support. You'll work closely with your team to ensure customers receive timely, professional assistance.

We provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed!

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Assist customers with account inquiries, payment arrangements, and account management
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and past-due balances
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist with loan applications and data entry
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Resolve customer concerns and provide helpful solutions
• Build positive customer relationships through effective communication
• Support daily office operations and administrative responsibilities
• Follow company policies for customer service, collections, cash handling, and office security

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service experience preferred (1+ year)
• Strong phone communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume calls and discussing past-due accounts professionally
• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with a team
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus!

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time position with 8-hour shifts
• Work schedule: Monday–Saturday
• Saturday availability and scheduled Saturday shifts are required
• One weekday off when scheduled to work Saturday
• In-office work environment with no outside collections or field visits
