We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who is organized, detail-oriented, and great at keeping customers informed.

This is more than answering phones. You’ll manage customer orders from start to finish, answer questions, coordinate with internal departments, handle account and billing needs, and make sure customers receive accurate information and excellent service.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, and online
• Enter and manage orders accurately within an ERP system
• Answer questions regarding pricing, orders, accounts, and delivery status
• Communicate changes in pricing, quantities, or shipping dates to customers
• Set up new customer accounts and assist with account documentation
• Process invoices, credits, adjustments, returns, and rebilling
• Coordinate with production, materials, inventory, technical support, and shipping teams
• Follow customer requests through from initial contact to resolution
• Assist with phones, reception, and general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Experience working within an ERP system
• Solid Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and using formulas
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented approach to problem solving
