YOUR ROLE
At the CEVA Logistics Control Tower in Nijmegen, we manage and coordinate global transport flows for internationally operating clients. For the Customer Service Representative, this means that no two days are the same! In this role, you are the first point of contact for the client and you maintain daily contact. You exchange operational information with the client and internal colleagues. Together, you work towards providing the best possible service and create a workplace where every employee feels comfortable and has the opportunity to develop.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be doing the following:
WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
Your workplace is in Nijmegen, where we have the Control Tower for CEVA Benelux! There, you will become part of the Customer Service team, consisting of 4 direct colleagues and 40 indirect colleagues. Together, you ensure that shipments are delivered in time and that the customer is satisfied. You do this within a driven and professional atmosphere, where there is plenty of room for fun and connection! You report to the Contract Supervisor, and your working hours vary between 08:00 and 18:00.
