We are looking for a service-oriented professional to support our Client Service Supervisor with staff scheduling, client service, and the daily operations of our Manchester office. As a Client Service Representative, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do

  • Assist the Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Coordinate staff schedules and help optimize the scheduling process for home care services
  • Document job orders, receive referrals, and assist with staffing requests
  • Maintain employee files, verify credentials and certifications, conduct background checks, and assist with recruiting efforts
  • Verify client insurance and assist with office functions including marketing, payroll, and collections
  • Provide professional and responsive service to clients, caregivers, referral sources, and members of the care team
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and a positive experience for our clients and employees

A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry
  • Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both clinical and non-clinical staff
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
